Profile: Stuart K. Pratt, CDIA

Stuart K. Pratt, president and CEO of CDIA, provides a textbook example of an association executive groomed to someday take the helm of the organization. Hired in 1985 as an educational assistant, he climbed the ranks to become vice president of government relations. In 2002, he was named CEO. The members of CDIA include credit reporting and collection agencies and employment reporting companies that form the backbone of this country’s financial reporting industry.
